Customized Training Materials

Need some help developing end-user training materials? No problem. Hire us to do it for you. We'll deliver professional quality, customized videos and training manuals that walk your users through all the tasks they'll perform using your processes and forms, and include your corporate branding and messaging.

 

Instructor-led, Web-Based Administrator Training

When logistics make on-site administrator training impractical, we offer our customers the option of receiving the training over the web. You get all the same content provided in our on-site training, but broken into smaller segments, and spanning multiple days to ensure maximum learning retention. Ask questions, get help, discuss and experiment in real-time with help from an experienced instructor. It’s the next best thing to live, face-to-face training.

Each month, we offer a 1-2 hour webinar* designed to help you develop greater expertise with particular features or functions. Topics include:

Refresher Training

Sometimes, you need to get back to the basics, and refresh your knowledge of the application and all its capabilities. When you first implement, there can be a lot to take in; your focus tends to be on your immediate needs and the process you are about to launch. You may not remember all the details you were taught, and want to have the chance to go over them again and solidify or deepen your product knowledge. This training is also ideal for staff who weren't around for the initial training and received on the job training from their peers.

 

Free Generic Tutorials

We also have a set of generic end-user tutorials that walk managers and employees through all application features and functions, but using a generic process and form. They provide a solid introduction to some of the features most commonly used by participants in a Halogen eAppraisal review process.

Reference Manuals

As part of your training, you’ll receive a set of comprehensive reference manuals that cover all system features and functionality. Our Halogen eAppraisal Train-the-Trainer program focuses on how to set up and deliver a successful employee training session based on your Halogen eAppraisal processes and forms. It’s perfect for teams who are keen to deliver their own end-user training, but lack experience or confidence.

This session walks participants through everything they need to know about preparing the end-user training, conducting the training, and resetting for the next session.
