Beaumont Hospitals in Michigan Selects Halogen Software for Pay for Performance System
With employee performance module implemented in just few months, organization kicks off culture shift to promote, reward organization and personal growth

Beaumont decided to implement pay for performance to raise the bar for overall performance, align rewards and individual performance to organizational performance, and promote organizational and personal growth and development.

The first stage saw the roll-out of eAppraisal to over 13,000 employees. "Our training program with Halogen, which involved over 900 trainees, took only eight weeks," said Lilek. "We were very pleased with the implementation process and how quickly we could roll out the solution."
The next phase, which includes the full roll-out of eAppraisal with eCompensation, is beginning now. Employee evaluations will be completed shortly based on the new performance standards and pay increases will be implemented, based for the first time on these employee performance reviews.
